Information we collect

• Your name, phone number and WhatsApp name or number.
• Your location or address, and a map pin if you share one, so our team can reach you.
• Details of the service you ask for or book: dates, items to be cleaned, prices and payments.
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, SMS or phone, including photos you share of items to be cleaned.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries, give quotations and book and carry out your cleaning.
• To record payments and keep our business records.
• To send you booking confirmations and reminders about your next cleaning.
• To send you occasional offers by SMS or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP or telling us, and we will not message you with offers again.

WhatsApp

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to talk with customers. Messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms and privacy policy, and a copy is kept in our customer records so we can serve you.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it with the people on our team who carry out your job, and with service providers we rely on to run the business (such as our messaging, hosting and database providers), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep your records for as long as you are a customer and as needed for our business and legal obligations. Access to our records is limited to our staff through password-protected accounts.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, and you can object to marketing messages. To do so, contact us using the details below.
